We track the source of leads based on a thank you page google tracking pixel when our forms are utilized and we use remarketing to display our service ads to visitors of our site after their visit. We utilize tools for visitors of our site to engage in chat about our services and use software to promote engagement and support to these users on our site and via correspondence following their visit when email has been provided by the user for messages.

Our service includes heatmap and other advanced non-personally identifying analytic collection to help publisher’s understand how their subscribers are reading digital editions.

Terms of Service – Platform Customers
The Terms of Service for the VERTIQUL(TM) platform based digital magazines and digital edition production service are as follows: All elements of the VERTIQUL ‘SERVICE’ relate to the intellectual property, configuration, development, design, and web publishing of publisher ‘CLIENT’ content accepted by the ‘COMPANY’ Advontemedia, Inc. for digital production. Publisher CLIENT agrees to be bound by terms and that failure to meet requirements of the service will result in removal of the digital edition platform. CLIENT is unconditionally responsible for all content, images, and materials provided to the SERVICE and for payment of fees associated with options selected for the ongoing services.

Change of Terms
The COMPANY may modify or change terms at any time and will provide notice to CLIENT of any term change. Any term change affecting the publishing business model of the client will be reviewed individually and CLIENT always reserves options to discontinue services. Fees CLIENT agrees to make payment based on agreed payment terms.

Privacy of our publisher client platforms:

Publisher CLIENT is granted access to Google Analytics and may install other 3rd party analytics or data collection on their specific platform instance.  Publisher CLIENTS privacy policy shall cover all necessary notification to visitors about data collection and handling.

No personally identifying information is collected by the VERTIQUL digital publishing solution platform.  Each platform customer is responsible for 3rd party data collection tools and handling of collected data on those respective platforms.  Publisher clients are also responsible for any content that contains names or reference to persons.  Privacy policy link to platform customer privacy policy has been included in the footer of live instances.

If you require additional information and or would like to have us remove any email or contact in our platform marketing database, please email and put CCPA Request in the subject line.

Request deletion
Upon your request, VERTIQUL will delete your personal data, and you will not receive VERTIQUL content or services, unless you subsequently provide your personal data in connection with a new inquiry, or it is otherwise lawfully obtained as our team makes direct contact with publishers at events or direct contact methods.
